Role: Finance Assistant
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Frankfurt am Main
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance department in Frankfurt. This is an administrative role which requires an individual to process transactions with an organised approach in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and hardworking individual with proven query solving success.
Responsibilities include:
- Raising Monthly Billing and Credit Notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Raising Engagement letters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Undertaking investigations on behalf of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolving German billing queries.
- Other Ad-hoc duties.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience in working in a high-volume admin environment essential.
- Excellent German and English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with MS office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
