How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The overall objective as a Proposal Management Assistant is to get to know the organization from the front end perspective, to support proposal managers and front end project managers in day to day activities and to take over some of the admin organization inside proposal management.
You will :
Participate in proposal preparation for Process Design upto EPC bidding process
Communication with various engineering disciplines to collect and combine full backup documentation
Preparation/Participation of/to review meetings
Support for Proposal admin (proposal log, man hours allocation, documentation, governance)
Cooperation with Finance related to Cash/Commitment and FX Analysis
Interaction with legal for contract preparation

Your profile:
You are a y oung professional interested in embarking into challenging environment getting to know various disciplines involved into proposal preparation.
Education :
Master degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering. Additional qualification for business management will be an advantage.
Wok Experience :
Preferable ~1 year of work experience
Languages :
English (fluent, mandatory);
French (optional).
