You will be part of the product- and portfolio strategy team China which is responsible for the overall steering of the Audi product portfolio China and the development of the regional vehicle cycleplan.
Together with other stakeholders such as corporate- and brand strategy as well as sub-strategies for innovation and platform, we develop the overarching Audi product strategy for the Chinese market. Therefore, we analyze strategic influencing factors (e.g. regulatory, competition, profit pools) and define the premises for the planning round and the corresponding cycle plan. Moreover, we manage the current product line-up, follow-up projects and coordinate rough feasibilities and scenarios for new china-specific product ideas. All in all, we are working very closely with our colleagues in China and the VW group to make sure that our cars fit the Chinese customer needs!
Comprehensive control of the analysis of strategic influencing factors (e.g. regulatory framework conditions, market/competitive development, profit pools). Control of the definition and documentation of a uniform set of premises for the planning of the vehicle business within the framework of the planning round. Coordination of portfolio strategy and cycle plan with group, corporate and brand strategy as well as with sub-strategies for modules/platforms, drives/units, modules and innovations. Management of overall corporate rough feasibility and scenarios for all new product ideas & follow-up projects. Initiation & control of product planning of all model families & individual vehicles.
