- Manage the onboarding of new clients onto the CRX Marketplace
- Conduct anti-money-laundering/know your customer checks
- Communicate with a heterogeneous client base to guide them through the onboarding process
- Develop strategies to ensure high onboarding conversion rates
- Perform reporting and data processing tasks
- Improve or re-design existing processes, and contribute to the continuous development of our product
- Closely collaborate with our Sales & Account Management team and Legal department
- University degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, International Studies or a related field; alternatively completed apprenticeship in banking or related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a regulated organization or in a client-facing role with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills, pro-active and service-oriented mindset, able to work with international customers
- Excellent organizational capabilities, independent worker with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Interest for regulatory and compliance topics
- Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are a strong plus
