Als Ident Specialist (w/m/d) bist du für den Videoidentifikationsprozess verantwortlich. Du hilfst unseren Kunden, durch die einzelnen Schritte der Identifizierung den Identifizierungsprozess abzuschließen. Dabei bist du nicht auf ein bestimmtes Produkt fokussiert, sondern kümmerst dich um alle möglichen Identifikationsfälle. Zum Beispiel: Betrugsfälle und die Identifizierungen, die storniert und wiederholt werden müssen.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören außerdem die Überprüfung abgeschlossener Videoidentifizierungen von internen und externen Identifizierungszentren und die Untersuchung von Fehlern, die bei Identifizierungen auftreten.
Im Laufe der Zeit können sich deine Aufgaben schrittweise auf andere Themen wie die Bearbeitung von Betrugs-Tickets, Feedback-Tickets, Demo-Calls und Funktionstests ausweiten.

As an Identification Specialist you are responsible for the video identification process. You help our customers complete the identification process through the identification steps. You are not focused on a specific product, but take care of every possible identification case. For example: fraud cases and the idents that have to be canceled and repeated.
In addition, your tasks include checking completed video identifications from internal and external identification centers and investigating errors that occur during identifications.
Over time, your tasks may gradually expand to include other topics such as handling fraud tickets, feedback tickets, demo calls and functional tests.
