During your contract run time with UniCredit you will support a test automation project of to improve the test execution and as a result the stability of one of our CRM systems. Our systems are continuously getting further extended and improved with new functionalities, to offer the best possible experience to our customers as well as adapted to the often-changing regulatory requirements within the banking sector. Therefore thorough testing and potential automation is required

In the Group Corporate Business Platform Division, you will work within the team Client Lifecycle & Reporting Solutions IT.

The team is geographically distributed between two locations: Munich and Warsaw. It consists of Technical Analysts/Engineers, Business Analysts, Developers (java, ETL and Siebel) and Project Managers. You will have the chance to gain technical insights in IT products as well as project management processes.

You will have the chance to support and learn from our senior product specialists during the execution of their current initiatives:

• Business requirement analysis and management
• Support in project solution design
• Organize client workshops & gather requirements
• Record test cases and implement custom scripts for test execution
• Support in setting up documentation

• Studies in Information Technology, Economics, or comparable programs
• Experience in Java Script and/or Python scripting
• Database knowledge (preferable Oracle)
• Experience in Oracle Siebel or comparable CRM system appreciated
• Fluent level of English (mandatory) and German (preferred)
• Experience with Jira, Service Now (preferred)
• Experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Good communication and conflict solving skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast changing, and international environment
