YOUR TEAM

For the department Development Group Digital Assistant we are looking for a Software Developer candidate ‘smart functions’ within our digital assistant team.
The department works on cutting-edge technology in the field of personal intelligent assistants across various touchpoints. An emphasis is put on machine learning to enable various intelligent functions. The team works in an agile environment, where data-driven development is considered as a major driver. In doing so, our aim is to follow our vision “We make mobility accessible in the most simple way”.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product development of smart functions within our Digital Assistant
Collaborate with various teams across different domains of software and vehicle development to enable challenging functions
Create concepts and specifications for new customer functions
Coordinate the implementation of functional modules by suppliers
Drive development and implementation of the product in close collaboration with the program, all VW group brands and markets
Experience the functions which you are responsible for directly in the vehicle

WHO YOU ARE

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in automotive software development
Extensive experience in the design and specification of customer functions in the automotive field
Experience in using requirement management tools as well as communication systems such as CAN
Experience in infotainment and Android App developmentis a plus
Knowledge of machine learning foundations and is a plus
Fluent in English language skills, German is a plus
