TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

First contact for our distributor partners for all After Sales inquiries
Regularly communication with our distribution partners, mainly in English
Managing customer orders & back orders, invoices and credit items
Regularly communication and coordination with Sales Managers responsible for distribution areas
Internal communication and cooperation with Logistics department to provide the required shipping documentation and ensure a smooth delivers process
Internal communication with Production and other service-related departments to provide delivery times of orders

REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Completed business degree or equivalent
Previous professional experience with Customer Service
Export experience advantageous but not required
Very good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written. Other languages are an advantage
Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office package
Working independently, carefully and in a structured manner
Ability to work in teams, flexibility, commitment
