Your Role and Responsibilities

As the primary IT contact for our Frankfurt headquarters and EMEA-based remote users, you ensure seamless digital operations. You provide high-quality first- and second-level support while maintaining the local IT infrastructure. Your tasks include:

• Resolving technical issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking tools.
• Managing IT assets, hardware inventories, and software licenses efficiently.
• Optimizing IT processes through automation scripts like PowerShell.
• Leading local and regional IT projects, including hardware refreshes and security upgrades.
• Collaborating with external vendors and internal global infrastructure teams.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background. Your profile should include:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or workplace technology.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in using IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and conversational German.
• A structured approach to troubleshooting and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with an ITIL Foundation certification or experience in manufacturing environments are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with scripting and Microsoft certifications will be considered a plus.
