Together with our People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customised training concept is continuously developed and implemented in our hotels. You will work in close cooperation with the existing hotels and support the onboarding of our new colleagues during the opening phases. To fill this exciting position we are looking for a

Corporate Training Manager (m/f/d)

This is how you make our hotels something special ...

• You design new trainings and make sure that they are carried out in the hotels. Therefore you are often on the road yourself and accompany your colleagues on site.
• You train both online and offline and independently take care of the necessary planning, as well as preparation and follow-up.
• You are jointly responsible for the training and further education of our employees in all 25hours hotels.
• You help to design and implement the annual training concept and keep track of the respective realisation.
• You support your colleagues in the human resources department in the head office with any tasks that arise

Your experience and personality are that certain something ...

• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and the desire to tackle your own projects.
• You have a completed trainer qualification or experience in the training sector
• Language skills in German and English are a must. French, Italian, Danish, Arabic or anything else is optional.
• You have on-stage know-how. The more experience you have gained in different areas of a hotel, the better.
• You are creative, have a talent for organisation and enjoy working independently and in a team across departments.
• You don't just bring your skills, but also your character
