We are on a mission to make elderly care cool by revolutionizing it and are now looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our driven customer and Helpper care team, with an opportunity to grow in your role.

What you can expect from this role:

In short, you will have a big impact on the candidate experience at Helppy. Your role will be to review applications (we get a lot of those, no need to worry about that), invite candidates for interviews, and show them how we work at Helppy.

You will act as an important contributor to our Helpper community and ensure that we only hire top-notch Helppers to care for our beloved seniors. With the support of our team, you will coordinate the entire process from application to interview to contract signing. You will also introduce the Helppers to their new clients.

What you should bring with you:

• Fluent knowledge of German, as a large proportion of our helppers and customers speak German
• Basic IT-skill knowledge and an interest in familiarizing yourself with new systems (e.g., Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom)
• Awareness of the impact of your role on the candidate experience

Seen as a plus, not requirements:

• Experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales
• Basic-level English skills, as English is our internal company language
• Experience working in a growth company

We offer you:

• Salary range from 3000 to 3400 €/month, based on your experience.

• After a successful induction phase, we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid working model to ensure a flexible working environment. Your induction can take place either in Berlin or at our headquarters in Helsinki!
• A full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, with no overtime. You have the option to start flexibly between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and end your day between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
• All standard employment benefits, including a permanent employment contract, at least 25 vacation days per calendar year, pension, health and unemployment insurance, insurance in the event of the need for long-term care, occupational accident insurance.
