We are Tomorrow Bio! A German tech startup based in Berlin, filled with internationals from around the world, dedicated to translational and applied research in the areas of Biostasis (also known as Cryonics). We are building the first professional and scalable organization in the Biostasis / cryopreservation space with a strong focus on science and medical quality. Our Research facility is based in Rafz, Switzerland.

We are in pursuit of a stellar open-minded Junior Recruiter/HR Analyst that we could grow into a Head of HR, with a particular passion for Recruiting. In summary, you will work closely with our founders and your mission here will support recruiting, help develop HR processes, and more.

Tasks

RECRUITING (40% of your time)

• Handle all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting
• Target, screen, and perform the first interview with candidates
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Update recruiting processes
• Updating online job postings on various job boards and at local college
• Leverage multiple recruiting sources and Internet sourcing techniques

HR (30% of your time)

• Onboarding / Offboarding Employees
• Organize Performance Reviews & KPIs
• Organize Training (if necessary)
• Support Processes to maintain Culture
• Organize Team Events
• Update HR processes, programs & benefits

ADMIN (10% of your time)

• Procure Office Supplies
• Organize the schedule of Cleaning Professionals
• Organize Office Layout / Internal Organization

CUSTOMER ONBOARDING (20% of your time)

We believe that everyone should have experience with our clients to understand who they are and how our industry works.

Requirements

We are looking for a very organized, and proactive individual, interested to take ownership of our HR/Recruitment processes to help us develop our HR department. If you are looking for a chance to develop your skillset and experience to grow into a Head of HR in the future, that's the opportunity for you.

• Excellent English Writing and Speaking Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of recruiting/HR experience
• Excellent computer/tech skills
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Willing to speak up and ask questions when needing guidance
• Desire to grow & learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction
• Proactivity
• Problem-Solving Skills

• German: Fluent in spoken and written German (mastery of the German language in business contexts) is a huge plus
