What you can expect
- Verantwortung der Vertriebsaktivitäten in Europa
- Aktive Neukundenakquise und Pflege von Bestandskunden (OEMs sowie Tier-1- und Tier-2-Zulieferer) durch regelmäßige Kundenbesuche
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen und internationalen Vertriebskollegen
- Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung sowie Führung von Auftragsverhandlungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Konferenzen
- Verantwortung für das Berichtswesen und den monatlichen Forecast
What we expect
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als technischer Betriebswirt bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Automobilzulieferindustrie
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem CRM-System
- Hohe Ansprüche an eigene Vertriebserfolge
- Persönliche und fachliche Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, sowie eine hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab
