Your responsibilities

• Perform on patient product demonstrations for video microscopy/ exoscopy as key element within the sales process
• Supporting leads and sales pipeline management across multiple countries and according to the country’s sales targets
• Provide on site and remote support to healthcare facilities with the installation, set-up and troubleshooting of video microscopes
• Build strong relationship with clinical stakeholders in neurosurgery and beyond
• Providing training to healthcare providers to use the product effectively and correctly
• Providing technical after sales support and acting as a facilitator between customer, sales, product management and service
• Collecting, documenting and reporting of any product feedback, success stories, product related issues and improvement ideas

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Medical Technology Application and other Healthcare Professions or Business Administration
• Experience in healthcare sales and/or marketing / Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferably in the field of neurosurgery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to medical stakeholders
• The ability to transfer knowledge and to present to larger groups of people
• Excellent communication skills and business-fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Fluent in at least one other main European language (spoken & written)
• Efficient with standard IT applications such as MS Office and email clients
• Self-organized and with the ability to work unsupervised and remotely
• Driver's License
• Willingness to travel within Europe, Middle East & Africa for up to 70-80% of work time
