The Team

The Role

As a Lead Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end implementations of Celonis technology across our largest, strategic customer accounts. You will articulate our value proposition, collaborate with Sales and Engineering during the pre-sales phase to craft statements of work, and ensure overall customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Fluency in German is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, transformational customer programs and drive them toward defined strategic outcomes.
• Plan, schedule, and manage full project lifecycles from kick-off to training, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, process owners, and technical teams to align project deliverables with customer goals.
• Manage project resources, risk logs, and scope across multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for product features and support issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to implementation teams and external partner resources.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Celonis Services methodologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong background in consulting with demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore consulting teams, as well as partner ecosystems.
• Ability to write proposal statements of work and position value-added services effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on solving core business challenges through technology.
• Recognized project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or SAFe/Agile).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
