To expand our team in Hamburg and remote, we are currently searching for a

Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Working as part of the QHSE Team with other departments in coordinating, supporting, and executing the emission management of the organization, predominantly by driving the decarbonization of the organization within the Project Zero 25 in accordance with the vision of the company
• Manage environmental sustainability throughout the organization
• Implement and maintain project documentation and sustainability concepts
• Calculate and evaluate sustainability data / emissions basis the carbon measurement tool
• Administer relevant emission sources and determine adequate quantification approaches
• Develop and maintain the inhouse emission measurement tool
• Develop and maintain the inhouse emission management system
• Ensure verification and certification of emission measurements in accordance with ISO 14064
• Furthermore, the Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d) is liaising closely with other departments to coordinate or support, e.g. in coordinating the emission measurement of the company across various functions and projects or supporting the Office Management in developing and implementing general sustainability measures in the office

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in a relevant discipline such as Environmental Management, Sustainability Management, Environmental Science or similar
• Minimum one year of professional experience in a similar position
• Ideally experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 14064
• Confident user of MS-Office 365 (especially working with Excel and Macros) and MS SharePoint
• Fluent English and German language skills
• A high affinity to numbers and calculations and good analytical skills
