How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will co-develop applications that support internal partners in making critical technical and business decisions.
• Your improvements to the software landscape and statistical tools will benefit the entire development team, facilitating future enhancements and innovations.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and implement changes that simplify and optimize our software and app offerings.
• Your work will help ensure the reliability of large wind turbine components, directly contributing to the sustainability goals of Siemens Energy.

What You Bring

• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• You have hands-on experience in software development (version control, testing, and documentation) or you possess a solid understanding of statistics and machine learning.
• Ideally you have knowledge of quantitative regression and survival analysis.
• You excel at translating customer needs into technical implementations, with a focus on clean, collaborative coding practices.
• You are passionate about using data to drive advancements in the renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
