You will operate within a highly focused Procurement Controlling framework, ensuring precise and timely monthly analytics, controlling, and reporting processes. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Shape the future target landscape of our procurement function, driving crucial functional improvements.
• Lead and orchestrate all Procurement Controlling initiatives, partnering closely with teams across the organization. This includes fiscal year planning, seamless monthly closing (actuals reporting, forecasting), and crafting impactful executive presentations.
• Uphold and enhance data integrity standards, proactively improving data quality across all procurement systems and reporting platforms.
• Champion transparency and empower data-driven decisions by leveraging key metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and meticulously track progress.
• Contribute significantly to achieving strategic procurement targets through providing sharp, actionable insights and proposing performance optimization strategies.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment and promote continuous learning by actively facilitating standard process sharing and knowledge transfer among controlling professionals.

What You Bring

• A University Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven professional experience in Strategic Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategy Consulting, Project Management, or Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement controlling, coupled with familiarity with key procurement performance indicators, enabling you to effectively support procurement leadership in business advancement.
• Demonstrated experience operating in an international setting, engaging with diverse functional partners, and possessing the capability to derive profound business insights through in-depth analysis of data and facts.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluent English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a valuable advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of SAP MM is beneficial, and knowledge of PowerBI and Snowflake is highly desirable.
