Our dedicated Procurement Controlling team is at the forefront of procurement transformation, meticulously measuring success and delivering actionable analytics aligned with strategic priorities. You will operate within a highly focused Procurement Controlling framework, ensuring precise and timely monthly analytics, controlling, and reporting processes. Your contributions will illuminate key action areas, empowering informed decision-making across the Global Procurement organization. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Shape the future target landscape of our procurement function, driving crucial functional improvements.
- Lead and orchestrate all Procurement Controlling initiatives, partnering closely with teams across the organization. This includes fiscal year planning, seamless monthly closing (actuals reporting, forecasting), and crafting impactful executive presentations.
- Uphold and enhance data integrity standards, proactively improving data quality across all procurement systems and reporting platforms.
- Champion transparency and empower data-driven decisions by leveraging key metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and meticulously track progress.
- Contribute significantly to achieving strategic procurement targets through providing sharp, actionable insights and proposing performance optimization strategies.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment and promote continuous learning by actively facilitating standard process sharing and knowledge transfer among controlling professionals.
What You Bring
- A University Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven professional experience in Strategic Procurement, Commodity Management, Strategy Consulting, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement controlling, coupled with familiarity with key procurement performance indicators, enabling you to effectively support procurement leadership in business advancement.
- Demonstrated experience operating in an international setting, engaging with diverse functional partners, and possessing the capability to derive profound business insights through in-depth analysis of data and facts.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluent English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a valuable advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of SAP MM is beneficial, and knowledge of PowerBI and Snowflake is highly desirable.
