YOUR MISSION

• Track project expenditures, maintain budgets, and ensure expenses align with project plans
• Facilitate project control reporting, including the creation of pivot tables in Excel
• Take an active part in assisting with the procurement order procedure
• Handle the processing of invoices, as well as the receipt of goods and services
• Organize the arrangement of work packages associated with service contracts
• Act as the key admin support on project control activities including the maintenace of follow-up lists

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Hands on experience in the areas of finance and controlling
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office with an extended focus on Excel and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of ERP systems ideally in finance or controlling
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in business-fluent English
• Demonstrated service, customer, and team communication skills and mindset
