As we continue to grow dynamically, we're seeking a Working Student (d/m/f) to become an integral part of our Organisational Development department in Munich.

What You Will Do

You'll support exciting and versatile Organisational Development projects and take over work packages independently
You'll assist in the global survey strategy to collect employee insights and where necessary provide consulting to improve employee experience
You'll support with the implementation of a new employee engagement survey tool
You'll drive initiatives and events in the areas of employee connection and new work
You'll help to create a positive and collaboration-enabling workplace environment and aid with workspace design projects at our Munich office
You'll collaborate on further activities within the Organisational Development area and take over day-to-day business tasks like the creation of presentations or analyses

What You Bring

Ideally a background in organisational development, psychology, business administration, project management or a similar field
Good knowledge of Office 365, e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
An active, hands-on way of working with others
User/employee centricity is not a “nice to have skill” but comes as second nature to you
