In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of travel as well as office management and ensure the implementations of the travel policy. Your responsibilities

• Holistic responsibility for travel and office management
• Regular booking and condition comparisons of various hotels, flights and trains
• Monitoring of hotel contracts and conditions
• Regular invoice verification
• Ensuring and implementing travel policy regulations
• Revision of existing travel management statistics for cost comparison purposes

Your background

• Successfully completed commercial training
• First work experience in a comparable position desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP would be an advantage
• Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent planning skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
