Your responsibilities

• In the Sustainability team you will contribute to the development and implementation of Uniper’s Sustainability Strategic Plan to further empower action, ensure alignment and prioritization, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks
• You will collaborate with stakeholders and topic experts across multiple departments and levels on the development of KPIs and Roadmaps to further Uniper’s Sustainability ambitions
• You will monitoring and collect data on various sustainability related topics and projects including emission reductions, biodiversity, safety improvements, gender equality initiatives, and just transition
• You will help develop mechanisms to improve ESG performance and help improve governance for ESG performance management

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in a field in, or with strong focus on sustainability (social science, natural science, engineering, business, etc)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate technical concepts to multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ideally first relevant practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities in project or program management in sustainability and energy sectors or similar fields
• Curiosity and openness to working in an international environment
• Preferably domestic or abroad intercultural experiences and cross-cultural communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and proactivity
• Fluency of written and spoken English is required - German and other languages of advantage but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - knowledge of SharePoint Lists, Power BI, and other project management software of advantage
