Your Role
DHL eCommerce Solutions, a division of the world’s leading logistics company, is the reliable B2C shipping provider of choice for standard domestic parcel delivery services in selected countries in Europe (outside of Germany), Americas and Asia. The division also offers Inter-European parcel delivery services with the key network product DHL Parcel Connect as well as cross-border parcel delivery services from selected markets. DHL eCommerce Solutions makes online shopping as easy and convenient as possible and ensures that shipments reach customers safely and on time.
The focus of our Marketing/Communications Team is to communicate the right things to the right target group at the right time. Not only with our traditional communication channels like press releases, newsletter and announcements, but also through day to day interactions between colleagues, managers and other departments we make sure that needed information reaches all stakeholders.
Your responsibility
- Support the team by coordinating the content, editing and publishing of different newsletters for the division
- Coordinating with various countries and departments to create communication documents including fact sheets, country presentations and overviews
- Create and maintain various presentations for the marketing and communications department
- Working with a range of country marketing and communications colleagues to support their needs and requests
- Working with key corporate communications departments on topics including internal communications, external communications, sustainability and campaigns
- Ad-hoc support for marketing and communications campaigns for the various eCommerce Solutions products
Our requirements
- Enrolled student of economics or a comparable study program
- Some experience in marketing and communications through internships desirable
- Fluent spoken and written English and German
- Excellent PC and MS-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable team player with an independent and structured way of working
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and high level of motivation
