Role Overview

As an Operations Specialist III, you ensure time-sensitive orders succeed from start to finish. You proactively update clients on deviations and maintain seamless order progression, serving as a critical pillar of our operations team.

Our operations team represents the front line of Airspace. Direct communication with customers, commanders, and service providers demands extreme attention to detail. Your proactive focus can directly make the difference in critical, life-saving scenarios.

Responsibilities

Advanced Problem Solving

• Independently resolve escalated operational issues with minimal supervision.
• Assist team members in solving complex queries and operational escalations.
• Evaluate order margins versus total costs to approve additional charges strategically.
• Act as an expert on international customs, import, and export regulations.
• Balance cost, speed, and customer experience while protecting margins.
• Make clear, sound decisions under pressure and anticipate challenges early.

Operating the Airspace Platform

• Maintain Dangerous Goods (DG) certification and support team inquiries on DG orders.
• Expand operational expertise across additional sectors and provide SOP guidance alongside leadership.
• Lead by example to uphold team performance standards.

Compensation

€55,000 – €70,000 annual salary
