Supporting the Platforms department in managing operational processes
Coordinating the cross-team resolution of incidents or requests, while also monitoring and reporting on their progress
Consulting and advising stakeholders on issues or demands related to our data & analytics platforms
Providing regular status updates to stakeholders on issue resolution or request fulfilment
Identifying patterns of recurring issues and triggering their structural resolution
Fulfilling the role of change manager and facilitating regular change advisory board meetings
Reporting on and monitoring SLA compliance in incident management for platform services and driving initiatives to improve service

Your Profile

What you should have.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field
2+ years of experience in service management or a related field; good knowledge of ITIL
General knowledge of the data & analytics field
Hands-on experience using an analytical system and basic command of SQL and/or a programming language
Willingness to learn how to use our reporting or analytical systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
