At Corporate Quality Management, you drive the digital transformation of company-wide quality management. In doing so, you will help improve customer experience along the value chain, reduce complexity, and ensure that today's solutions are robust enough to meet tomorrow's challenges.
You shape the future together with us: - You develop strategies, concepts, and use cases for the digital transformation of quality management in order to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes along the customer journey. You will do this in close collaboration with the colleagues responsible for the topics in the Businesses and Countries
- You initiate, promote and support the implementation of quality programs to drive digital transformation. Thereby you pay attention to scalability, standardization and continuous improvement of solutions and quality data architecture using external and internal best practices
- You advise the QM community on digitization topics and help derive needs-based measures
- You promote and support the use of digitally provided information for machine processing in processes and tools of the company
- You drive the modernization of enterprise-wide business process management by leveraging digitization opportunities
- You further develop training offerings for the digital transformation of quality management
- As part of Corporate Quality Management‘s governance responsibility, you establish and support internal company networks of experts and promote the exchange of information and knowledge within the global QM community. The focus is on digital transformation, but may also include other topics
- You promote the implementation of Siemens Quality Principles and thus a culture for high customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and compliance with internal and external regulations
Your profile for " Making the future reality": - The basis is your completed technical or scientific master's degree as well as long-standing professional experience (>5 Years) in operational functions (Operations, R&D, etc.) in an international environment, in which you have directly experienced what it means to deliver quality to customers
- Ideally, you also have professional experience in quality management, business excellence or process management
- As a "digital native", you have a strong affinity for digital trends and keep track of new and relevant technologies in the IT and OT sectors
- Based on a sound knowledge of statistics, you have practical experience in data analytics as well as data architecture and IT tools required for this
- You have successfully established and used Artificial Intelligence (e.g. Machine Learning, Generative AI)
- You are familiar with methods and tools of process analysis (e.g. value stream mapping, process mining) and automation (e.g. robotic and intelligent process automation)
- Knowledge and experience of process management systems (such as Signavio) are an advantage
- Ideally, you have initial knowledge of MENDIX or other low-code platforms
- You possess excellent analytical skills and can quickly understand complex contexts
- You have led (transformation) projects to success using agile principles and methods
- You can express yourself fluently in English and German
