Sie arbeiten eng mit internationalen Produktionsstandorten zusammen und erstellen Berichte und Analysen. Order management – You’ll check customer orders and ensure everything is processed correctly and on time.
Order tracking – You’ll stay on top of ongoing orders and proactively update clients about their status.
️ Customer communication – You’ll answer questions about delivery times, quantities, and priorities – always professional and solution-focused.
Coordination – You’ll collaborate closely with our international production sites to solve issues and ensure smooth order flow.
Reporting – You’ll create reports, analyses, and statistics for our clients and internal teams.
You’ll be part of an international network that spans our sites in Erfurt, Dresden, Corbeil-Essonnes, Itzehoe, Kuching, and Lubbock.
✅ Enrolled student – ideally in a business, technical or IT-related field.
✅ Strong communication skills – you can explain things clearly in both German and English.
✅ Customer orientation – you handle client inquiries confidently and stay calm under pressure.
✅ Tech-savvy – you’ll be working with a modern ERP system and aren’t afraid to try new tools.
✅ Team player – you’ll collaborate with diverse teams across our international network.
