Your Role at Starlab

• Advise and support managers and employees across all People & Organization topics throughout the entire life cycle, delivering expert guidance and top-tier service.
• Steer P&O initiatives including recruitment, personnel development, labor law, talent management, and performance management.
• Continuously evolve existing HR tools, methods, and processes – and design new P&O approaches aligned with business needs.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Measure the impact of P&O initiatives and ensure P&O audit compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the local works council and the global P&O department.
