As Working Student Market Development / Integrations (all genders) you will be supporting partners through their Onboarding Process, to ensure that the partner is well integrated. We provide support to partners in both business and technical areas as part of their onboarding process. Furthermore we consult partners and provide them with best practices to give them a successful start in the eRoaming World.

We develop ideas and deliver solutions for the eMobility market

• Support us in integrating new partners in our new onboarding process to increase our partners’ experience
• Utilize a variety of tools specifically designed to support and facilitate partners’ integrations
• Streamline and enhance partners’ onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition into our system
• Use of the following tools: software applications, online platforms, communication tools, and resources tailored to provide partners with the necessary information, guidance, and assistance throughout their onboarding journey.

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, or a related field

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with partners
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic Experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Strongly motivated and willing to learn technologies such as API, OICP
