- To take order from client and/or customers by phone or e-mail, to provide
basic information and to response back after orders are managed and confirmed with proper manner.
- To be able to manage case according limited resources and also to be able
to prioritize by date and time requirements as well as customer priority.
- To be able to provide accurate and complete information about item
location and item planning including other information as requires.
- To be able to communicate and to cooperate with related parties to
complete clients and/or customer requirements especially for emergency cases.
- To be able to identify problem from given information by clients and/or
customers and explain to supervisor and/or related parties of the cause and effect.
- To be able to identify department related in case of the requests cannot
be handled by authority given and coordinate and record in the system to
show status for following up.
- To perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Customer Care - Surgical.
