About the Role

This internship is an ideal starting point for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to dive into the startup ecosystem. As an AI Operations Intern, you will work side-by-side with our founders to onboard customers, develop sophisticated AI agents, and establish the processes necessary for scaling our products in the real world.

What You'll Do

• Support pilot accounts and guide customers through the AI agent live-launch process.
• Manage customer communications and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Monitor agent performance and track key customer health metrics.
• Refine AI agents and optimize workflows using automation tools like n8n and Zapier.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
