Salary and Compensation

Earn an attractive hourly wage of 16.05 € gross during day shifts, with guaranteed automatic pay increases after 12 months (16.56 €/h gross) and 24 months (18.35 €/h gross).

Night shift workers earn 20.86 €/h gross, including a tax-free night bonus of 4.81 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00.

Depending on location, candidates can receive certified training to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) like forklifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and process incoming inventory efficiently
• Operate warehouse technology including mobile scanners, systems, and label printers
• Build, secure, sort, and transfer pallets and packages
• Receive truck shipments and prepare items for driver routes

Physical Requirements & Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 15 kg independently and 23 kg as a team lift
• Capability to follow digital instructions on screens
• Comfortable utilizing carts, dollies, and hand trucks
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and push during shifts
• Comfortable working in active environments with varying temperatures

Candidates must be 18 years or older with basic proficiency in German or English to follow safety guidelines and job requirements.
