Your area of work

The Regulatory Governance section is responsible for the management of board and committee meetings and organizes corporate governance processes within Pre & Post-Trading. In your new role, you will be in charge of the full preparation of selected boards and committees of Clearstream and ISS/STOXX entities. By acting as capable contact person for the top management as well as for functional entities you will ensure the efficient handling of corporate governance topics.

Your responsibilities

• Holistic organisation and management of Executive board meetings, Board of Director, Supervisory Board meetings and AGMs
• You will be responsible for drafting minutes of various meetings
• Individual assistance for members of the executive management, the board of directors and supervisory board
• General support of the management and functional entities in compliance with regulatory, statutory, and legal requirements
• Proactive management, coordination and tracking of actions and meeting follow-up items to ensure delivery within agreed timelines
• Provide support, as required, to internal stakeholders

Your profile

• University degree in business studies or law or a comparable education
• Experience in assistance of and communication with Executive- and Supervisory Board members
• Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills, assertiveness as well as the ability to work under pressure
• Strong project management skills will be an asset
• Strong focus on details, well organized and pro-active
• Ability to work in a team and self-starter, flexible and innovative
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
• Strong computer knowledge, excellent MS Word, Excel and Power Point Skills
