Incumbent is a member of the passport and citizenship unit, responsible for provision of passport and citizenship services to the public, involving processing and preparation of U.S. passports, and the input of required data into the unit's computer systems. Reviews and analyzes documentation submitted for issuance and amendment of passports. Interviews applicants and assists them in completing requisite forms.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of progressively responsible office experience in work involving the application of regulatory material and public contact.
Education Requirements:
Successful completion of Secondary School is required.

LANGUAGE:
Fluent Speaking/Reading of both German and English is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to interpret and apply regulations correctly.
Ability to draft clearly and accurately in English and German is required (this may be tested).
Familiarization with Microsoft Office Suite is required (this may be tested).
