• General organizational and administrative support for regional team
• Organization of meetings and workshops for the teams as per requests
• Support with the organization of regional events, team events and meetings
• Project and presentations preparations support when requested
• Support on Travel bookings, and expenses repots
• Coordinate timely invoices’ payments
• Clearing post box and distribute all mails and parcels on a daily basis, parcels management when needed
