As Intern Sustainability you will be a part of the core function of Westwing that drives the realization of sustainable products for our customers with a constant focus on social and environmental compliance. It is a mandatory internship (first 12 weeks mandatory internship, second 12 weeks voluntary internship) that is limited to 6 months and is located in Munich.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• direct collaboration with our Westwing Sustainability Managers
• support the implementation of high priority projects in the field of sustainable materials and supply chain compliance
• support the research and identification of opportunities to increase our Westwing sustainable products offering
• assist analyzing possible solution to achieve full transparency in the Westwing supply base
• coordination with internal interfaces as Buying, Sourcing, and Corporate Sustainability

YOU COME WITH

• educational background in technical studies or business administration
• ability to learn fast and an independent way of working
• interest in sustainable materials and supply chain compliance
• remarkable problem solving & analytical skills (good excel skills)
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• fluency in English, German is a plus
