Your mission
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/x) with a specialization in digital partnerships, you serve as a driving force behind our company's expansion. Your responsibilities encompass not only the development of existing partnerships but also the establishment of a network of new partnerships designed to generate added value aligned with our overarching goals.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

• You contribute to our growth strategy by spearheading the development of (digital) partnership and affiliate marketing programs in Germany & Austria.
• You take the lead in regularly engaging with partners and affiliates, ensuring a consistent trajectory toward achieving our growth objectives.
• You are responsible for overseeing and nurturing partner relationships, including the negotiation of long-term deals.
• Your role involves acquiring new digital partners and affiliates, strategically positioning sevDesk as a premier solution within our business vertical.
• You collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams encompassing performance marketing, brand marketing, business development, and product to effectively execute partner marketing initiatives.

Your Qualifications / To excel in this role, you should possess:

• You bring a robust professional background, boasting over 5 years of experience in digital marketing or business development.
• Your expertise includes successfully managing digital partnerships and demonstrating a proven track record in partner marketing, ideally within the SMB SaaS environment.
• Thriving in cross-functional environments, you enjoy collaborating and communicating seamlessly across various departments.
• Your proficiency lies in data analysis throughout the entire customer journey, allowing you to extract valuable insights for the continuous optimization of your marketing initiatives.
• Your communication skills are excellent in both German and English (C1 required), enabling you to effectively present marketing strategies.
