• Tailored Training Plans: Develop customized training plans designed to meet the unique needs of individual sales roles within our organization.
• Multi-Modal Training Delivery: Create and implement comprehensive sales training programs using various modes, including in-person training, online classrooms, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Budget Analysis: Analyze training demands and budget requirements, making informed decisions regarding external training resources.
• External Trainer Coordination: Collaborate with external trainers to ensure alignment with our training objectives and standards.
• Training Documentation: Maintain accurate training records and logs in our cornerstone system.

• Pedagogical background: Studies in pedagogy, teaching (ideally for vocational schools or comparable), or in business studies – min. bachelor’s degree
• Sales Acumen: Possess knowledge and a deep understanding of sales principles to align training content with the needs and challenges of sales professionals.
• Didactic Expertise: Utilize strong didactic skills to determine the most effective teaching methods and formats for different types of content.
• Media Production Skills: Leverage software and video editing skills to develop engaging training materials in various digital formats.
• Presentation Excellence: Conduct captivating online and live training sessions, showcasing exceptional presentation skills.
• Global Perspective: Apply intercultural skills to create training materials suitable for an international audience.
