We are looking for Tooling & Forming Technician who are responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of the body/press shop tools in the press shop and through their activities for the sustainable production of the Tesla model contribute Y
What You’ll Do
What you'll do:
You clean tools while adhering to the schedule during ongoing operations in the press line and tool shop,
You will carry out repair, maintenance, servicing and conversion work on the tools in toolmaking as specified, as well as preventive maintenance,
You support troubleshooting and repair the tools in the event of damage,
You ensure the comprehensive documentation of all maintenance, conversion and repair work,
You carry out your work in compliance with all guidelines, safety and accident prevention regulations, including the consistent wearing of personal protective equipment.
What You’ll Bring
What you'll bring:
You have professional training as a tool mechanic/builder or hold comparable qualification,
You have practical professional experience in the maintenance, servicing and repair of bodywork tools,
You have relevant experience with (large) tools for body parts, large transfer tools or injection molding tools,
You have relevant production experience in the field of sheet metal forming,
You have knowledge of surfaces and outer skin parts (visible body components),
You bring a hands-on mentality and the willingness to work 4 shifts (probably continuous rotating shift model),
You have good knowledge of German or English, ideally both.
