The transformation of the Berlin site is a symbol of change in the automotive industry. Electrification and digitalization are the core pillars of our corporate strategy. By developing Berlin into a competence center for digitalization and allocating production volumes in the area of e-mobility, we can successfully secure the future of our traditional Berlin location. The Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus (DFC) plays an important role in our global production network. The DFC develops state-of-the-art MO360 software and qualifies employees in the area of digitalization. MO360 is the new digital ecosystem for Mercedes-Benz vehicle production worldwide, with the aim of generating a significant contribution to efficiency through digitization. The team "Digital Start-up Factory Planning & Control" is responsible for the introduction, further development, and operational use of MO360 applications in cooperation with the product owners, production, and IT departments.

For the team we are looking for a working student to support the implementation and further development of MO360 applications.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Supporting the planning and implementation of projects in the area of digitalization and production
• Helping to set up a standardized support model
• Contributing to the conception of innovative analysis and reporting solutions
• Creation of user-oriented eLearning courses
• Collaboration in the idea process for the continuous further development of the MO360 application
• Active preparation of documents, workshops and their results

• Course of study in the field of a technical or engineering university degree, ideally with a connection to digitization (data science, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics or similar)
• Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Initiative, commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
