• Excellent skills in Excel & PowerPoint with highly analytical, data-driven mindset and great commercial knowledge
• Self-confident appearance and passionate about working in a sales environment
• Hands-on mentality, determined mindset and ability to take ownership is crucial
• Fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written
• University degree in business administration; 1-3 years of professional experience in sports/fashion/consumer goods industry

• Analyze sell-through data of customers and provide in-depth analytical insights, re-order potentials and initiatives to drive and plan the business
• Lead and execute end-to-end commercial projects within the Omnichannel & Performance Sales Team
• Create impactful presentations for strategic meetings, sell-ins and pre-lines
• Support the team in pre-orders, implementing sales strategy initiatives, launching key concepts and creating channel assortments in collaboration with the Sales, Merchandising and Marketing Team
• Support the Teamhead in strategic planning, KPI tracking and optimizing processes
