For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a

Corporate Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)

Your new job includes

As part of our Corporate Sustainability team, you will be responsible for and support the pillar of action
"Environment" or "Governance", which includes the areas of action "Climate Action", "Environmental Protection", "Resource & Waste Management" and "Ethical Business Culture". In your role as an ambassador, you will help to raise awareness of sustainability throughout the entire organisation.
In particular you will

manage your own sub-projects and sub-projects in the area of sustainability and develop new processes, KPIs and procedures
support and monitor Gebr. Heinemann's 2030 goals (Scope 1-3) and drive them forward in the steering committees
develop, coordinate and take responsibility for the expansion of ISO 50.001 and 14.001 as well as global CSRD reporting for our headquarters
carry out SBTi reporting and monitor target achievement
pursue joint sustainability initiatives with customers and suppliers as part of joint green business plans
advise our locations and subsidiaries on the local implementation of sustainability standards and support awareness-raising measures/events (e.g. Earth day, Clean up day)

What you should bring along

Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on sustainability management
Several years of experience in areas relevant to corporate sustainability as well as good knowledge of CSRD, SBTi, UNGC, corporate carbon footprint and ISO certification
Strong understanding of sustainability and a feel for trends in the global (travel) retail environment
Very good experience in project and stakeholder management as well as strong persuasiveness
Strong hands-on mentality as well as a strategic, conceptual and independent way of working
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
