As the Global Head of Line of Business (LoB) Center of Excellence (f/m/d), you will be at the forefront of driving the business success of our strategic Lines of Businesses, including:

• Human Experience Management
• Data Management
• Customer Experience
• Analytics
• Digital Supply Chain

This job is about driving successful business of the LoB offerings by:

• Acting in close teamwork with the assigned global LoB CoE Heads for each LoB to ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and strategy and supporting these in country collaboration
• Leading and driving with respective teams the overall strategic direction for the different LoB's Center of Excellence and deliver global services out of the CoEs
• Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and business
• Strengthening activities to identify opportunities for innovation, profit and growth
• Driving the development of best practices standards and methodology that enhance the sustainability and quality of our services and products
• Supervise an accountable management based on reporting and KPIs for strategic LoBs
• Showing considerable leadership capabilities to act as a reliable coach supporting and leading people to growth

• University degree - preferably in the field of Business Administration - or a comparable qualification or work experience
