Your Impact
- Design and develop high-performance, stable, and scalable C++ components for specialized medical desktop applications.
- Architect and refine complex multithreading and parallelization concepts to support reliable clinical operations.
- Analyze, refactor, and modernize large-scale codebases leveraging Qt, CMake, Conan, MSVC, and embedded CEF.
- Drive transition from legacy frameworks toward modern C++ and .NET alongside cross-functional teams.
- Integrate advanced AI development tools, such as Claude Code, into daily workflows to optimize legacy code evolution and engineering efficiency.
Your Profile
- Proven senior-level experience building complex, high-performance C++ desktop software with robust parallel execution.
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in modern C++ (14/17/20), multithreading, performance optimization, and tools like Qt, CMake, Conan, and MSVC.
- Practical experience leveraging modern AI coding agents and context-engineering pipelines within software development.
- Fluency in both English and German for seamless collaboration with global teams and regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, active ownership, quality orientation, and genuine enthusiasm for healthcare IT innovations.
