Designing Tomorrow: Collaborate closely with our Business and delivery teams, contributing to the future of our products. Your insights will help design the path forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Whisperer: Decode data to propose optimal solutions for challenges and generate valuable insights.
• Research Roadmap: Prepare and share a detailed Research plan, ensuring it stays on course. Proactively address challenges, preventing delays by working closely with Business and Product teams.
• Insightful Testing: Schedule and conduct user testing meticulously, then synthesize insights accurately.
• Storytelling Excellence: Articulate insights effectively to Business and stakeholders, delivering polished, impactful reports.
• Design Thinking Partner:
  Collaborate on Design Thinking workshops alongside our UI/UX designers, igniting innovative solutions.
• Wireframe Artistry: Join forces with UI designers to create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and stunning final UI designs.
• Multi-Channel Mastery: Grasp user behavior across diverse channels and devices, enhancing user experiences.
• Follow-Up Champion: Ensure research findings seamlessly integrate into final UI designs, working closely with the development team.

Qualifications

• Seasoned UX Researcher: Minimum of 3 years' experience in UX research.
• Collaboration Dynamo: Thrive in a collaborative environment, exuding positivity, ownership, and teamwork.
• Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, enabling you to draw meaningful insights.
• User-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and psychology, forming the core of your research approach.
  
  Preferable Qualifications
• Degree in Design Field or Psychology: A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, showcasing your academic foundation.
• Examples of User Centered Design Portfolio
• UX Research Certification: Possession of relevant UX research certifications, demonstrating your commitment to industry standards.
