Therefore we are growing a Digital hub within EON Drive, to improve and accelerate digital product development, data and digital marketing capability.

About the role

• E.ON Drive is seeking a senior UX designer for our new Digital department/hub, to become a member of an empowered, cross-functional digital product development team. One of our first initiatives is the research, design and validation of a global B2C digital customer journey, followed by implementation in a pilot country.
• As senior UX designer you will have a leading role in the discovery and design of the E.ON Drive digital user experience, unlocking our B2C value proposition(s) to our European customers. This is an opportunity to work in one of the first teams in a new digital scale-up environment in the energy transition domain: decarbonizing mobility across Europe.
• You will be working in a new international business entity where a lot still needs to be discovered and organized, providing the opportunity to really make an impact on our future digital landscape

Your profile

• Minimum of 8 years experience as UX designer, in digital product development environments with a track record including the design of marketing websites as well as large-scale B2C e-commerce platforms
• Focus on digital UX, but able to look to the broader CX, as eMobility covers a much broader domain than only digital
• Fully up-to-speed on digital technologies
• Practical and hands-on designer, as well as the ability to zoom-out and consult on and/or mentor other designers
• Experience with design ops (orchestration and optimization of people, processes and craft)
• Strong ability to evangelize and present to diverse audiences and corporate stakeholders
• Team player and strong networking skills
• Experience in operating within an international corporate environment
• Ability and means to work professionally in a virtual / remote team environment
• Excellent skills in professional English
