Job Purpose
Competent project manager is responsible for FTTH project execution in Germany, aware about the telecom market in Germany, managing and coordinating with Operators, subcontractors (civil engineering), technical teams and the customer. The manager is part of a high-performing team responsible for the deployment of FTTH.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Planning, Survey (TSSR), Implementation, Acceptance as per agreed Budget and time lines for the
assigned designs of the concerned FTTH Project.
2. Should have the good experience of all execution methods and Machines required for Trenching and Aerial works
3. Ensure to meet the Time line of Project as per agreed with the customer.
4. Providing technical direction for the development, design, and network integration for client project from kick
off phase through implementation.
5. Preparing Quality Audit reports, and Recognizing process deficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
6. Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan.
7. Experience in the Fibre Optic deployment, troubleshooting and Fibre optic issues, strong understanding of utility distribution networks, Testing equipment’s, execution machines and project management.
8. Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
9. Managing a large teams of subcontractors and Own deployments Teams.
10. Good knowledge of the rentals of Machinery and Material used for restoration.
11. Good Knowledge of HSSE regulations in Germany.
Key Deliverables
1. Daily progress monitoring throughout the project life cycle
2. Control deadlines, budgets, and development activities as per the schedule
3. Prepare reports and presentations for periodic updates on project development activities and regularly update the management with project progress update dashboards.
4. Assist with project evaluation, field trials and Proof-of-Concept of the project.
5. Coordinate projects schedules.
6. Create and implement technical inspection and quality assurance procedures.
7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience:
Minimum 15 – 20 years design and development experience in Fibre Optics domain
Proven experience in a managerial position for the entire life cycle of end-to-end project management.
German Nationality is mandatory.
Should be working in EU region or willing to work in Germany.
Should hold authorization to work in European region especially in Germany.
