Your Role

Manage development projects for hardware and software products as well as organisational projects within the division of Vision Technology Solutions, from initialisation through to project closure. This includes:

Professional leadership of cross functional project teams to execute and deliver products and organisational improvements
Definition of project goals, development of project plans, definition of work packages, budget, and resource planning
Monitoring milestones, cost and quality in projects and identifying potential for optimizations as well as highlighting any project risks
Initiate corrective measures in case of deviations from plans during the project
Preparation, documentation and presentation of project status reports and decision proposals for various audiences
Integrate and steer external development partners and service providers

Your Profile

A degree in industrial engineering, medical engineering, industrial management, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in managing development and or lifecycle projects
Experience with project management methods and tools, in a waterfall as well as an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Experience in regulated environments, preferably in the field of medical devices
Very good planning and organisational skills
Very good communication and moderation skills as well as high customer and service orientation
An emphatic, structured, decisive, and goal-oriented personality with good conflict resolution skills and a technical interest
A high degree of motivation, willingness to take responsibility and a keen sense for cost, quality, and efficacy
Fluent written and spoken English skills, additional German skills are of great benefit.
