The Role: The Senior Content Writer will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating our brand's message across various physical and online channels. This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and creative writing skills to effectively convey our expertise in ecommerce analytics to a diverse audience
Key Responsibilities: - Content Development: Craft compelling, informative, and technically sound content across various formats, including blogs, brochures, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
- Messaging Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that accurately represents our services and value proposition.
- Technical Writing: Produce high-quality technical content that explains complex analytics concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure a consistent tone and style across all content, aligning with our brand's voice and messaging guidelines.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and user engagement, incorporating SEO best practices.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in ecommerce analytics, and emerging platforms to produce relevant and timely content.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on technical or analytics-related subjects.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, reader-friendly content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
