meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with E.ON Digital Technology´s overall goals and values
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in employer branding
- Activate our employer value proposition (EVP) to communicate a compelling and authentic message to current and potential employees
- Ensure consistency in employer brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels
- Create engaging and relevant content, including employee success stories, testimonials, and other multimedia assets, to showcase the company's culture and workplace environment
- Manage the development of content for various platforms, including the company website, social media, and recruitment materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Partner with the recruitment team to integrate employer branding into the talent acquisition process
- Organize and further expand our relationships with universities, business schools and research institutes to build awareness of our employer brand and attract top tech talent
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and analyze data and feedback to continuously refine and optimize the employer branding strategy

- You are a dynamic individual who can effectively position the company as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- You have a university degree, preferable a master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in employer branding with a focus on creating and implementing successful employer branding strategies
- Strong understanding of current market trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey a compelling employer brand story
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects from conception to execution
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
